Bank OF Baroda RTGS form fill up process

BOB form for NEFT /RTGS is Form No. 404

Branch – Here You have to enter branch where you are submitting your BOB bank RTGS form

Date – Here you have to enter date on which you are submitting your BOB bank RTGS form

Time of Receipt – Here you have to enter the time when you submitted your RTGS form in bank.

Note – (FOR RTGS – AMOUNT MUST BE FOR ` 2 LACS OR MORE )
Application for Electronic Funds Transfer to a customer of another Bank through RTGS/NEFT. (to be filled in by customer)

Sender’s account number – Here YOu have to enter your account number i.e. account number from where you are withdrawing money / funds

Name of a/c holder– Here you have to enter your name or name from whose account amount is withdrawing amount

NEFT / RTGS: – Select whether you send money through NEFT or RTGS

Favouring(payee) – Here you have to enter name of the person for whom you are transferring money i.e. other party name

Bank (Receiving Bank Name) : Here you have to enter Bank name of the party to whom you are transferring amount ( funds / money )

Branch (Receiving Branch Name) : Here you have to enter bank branch location to whom you are transferring funds

IFS Code: Receiving Branch IFS Code: Here you have to enter 11 digit IFSC code where first four digits are digits and fifth number is Zero. ( you must check IFSC number very carefully before proceeding for any Neft /RTGS transaction)

Beneficiary a/c no: In Bank of baroda RTGS form here you have to enter Account number of the party to whom you are transferring funds. ( enter account number very carefully wrong entry may lead to loss of funds or transfer to other account )

Beneficiary a/c type(SB/CA/OD/CC/NRE/Credit Card)/Remittance to Indo Nepal – Here you have to fill type of account to whom you are transferring amount i.e. weather account is saving, current, overdraft, credit card etc.

Message for beneficiary (applicable for RTGS only) – You can also send customized message to beneficiary but only in case of RTGS so, Here Write that message which you want to send to beneficiary to whom you are transferring funds.

Amount – Here you have to enter amount in digits and not in words which you are transferring to beneficiary. Say you are transferring one lakh rupees then write 100,000 only

Exchange – This Colum is for commission which bank charges from your account for Bank of Baroda RTGS form submission. You need not to fill this field.

Total amount – Here enter only that amount which you want to transfer to beneficiary.

Total amount in words Total amount in words – Here enter amount in words e.g. write 1000 as one thousand rupees only

Beneficiary a/c no: Here write account number of the beneficiary to whom you are transferring funds ( enter account number correctly
( to be written 2nd time as per RBI guidelines) – Here rewrite account number again just for confirmation purpose.
